I notice  alot of people also get  scared cause they never  invested in their life  and when they get older the think about it and find out that little nest egg they have  and took 20 plus  yrs yo build  is at risk  they just won't pull the trigger.You can't be scared all your life

Local banks are known to be inconsistent on what their lending sweet spot is.We looked into B2R when they first came to the market and the terms to us seemed like not the best option at the time but we have been considering similar more flexible products.With lower interest rate portfolio loans we also have prepayment penalties, unfavorable release causes, and we almost always pay a point or two anyways up front.

As for expenses, given their volume of transactions over the years and track record (and again happy investors), I doubt their have been significant fluctuations which have caused any material changes to their estimates.
