I still think that investing abroad (even though more difficult for different reasons such as languages, culture, laws, banks, researches and visits, etc) might be a better option.

My significant other is Serbian, and like others said, it will go a LONG way if you have someone on your staff is also Serbian, it's only natural that we feel more comfortable with someone who we identify with culturally.
