There are predefined steps in the protest process - just keep following them and escalate your protest each time, and at least in my experience, you will outlast the review board and get your way. 

In addition to the constant tenant turnover, there are the various correspondence/questions and the need to immediately address various issues (the number of less than stellar reviews we have for downed WI-FI is not insignificant).

How extensive a document dump should I expect or require so that I can have a comprehensive understanding of everything involved?

@Jacob HollerYou need to review your loans (preferably with your attorney) and see if you are able to move these properties into a LLC without a due-on-sale.

It is probably more DIY though where they provide basic tools, do basic review as the broker or something. 

Been searching the market (NJ) for the past 2-3 months, have been putting offers down, even getting to attorney review just to be told the seller is going with another offer "way" over asking price AND with the inspection/appraisal contingencies being waived...My question is how are these people casually waiving inspections like this??

Its a relatively small purchase for a real estate business and it’s reviewed by a state attorney.

Here in chicago, I’ve had my clients access the property multiple times for contractor bids although we’ve always done this during the inspection/ attorney review period.are you all post-inspection period?
