LOL, am I old.....on line, should have known.Principles of Accounting is a standard text and very good.I went to the site and glanced at the drop down tabs as to the topics, it looks to be comprehensive and the same thing I taught years ago.

@Jerry Puckett, I'm using what appeared to be the best, most comprehensive purchase agreement that I could find so I'm not sure how it differs from a standard one, this is my fist go round at this. 

You want to be accommodating but you should still cover your butt with some good clear terms in your agreement.

We adjust the rental agreement to accommodate this.

The current tax rate there is 13.42% (general excise and transient accommodations taxes) and these get passed to the guests.  

The judge accepted them, but he was a very accommodating judge.  

so a few questions:1) we don't believe we have to make accommodations for a supposed service dog a non-tenant.  

In my experience, if someone no longer wants to be in your property, it is best to be as cordial and accommodating as possible.
