It helps protect yourself for sure from the poorly trained legal people or from people that claim to be in the industry, BS and scam artists.

The real estate agent I dealt with claimed that she was the registered agent for a bunch of people because she lives in the town,  of course she would need to be paid.

LLC oar for limiting liability in case of liens from i.e any contractors that may work on the house and make a claim that you owe them when you don't.

There is the same person I have have met too often, despite claims to be a visitor.
