A note about the coordinating - one of the biggest headaches is coordinating repairs with maintenance and the tenant.

Start with the smallest payment first and end with the biggest payment last.

My biggest problem when it comes to finding success in different ventures I've attempted in the past has been my "ready, aim, fire" mentality I've always possessed.

Tenants tend to either lose or break the remote or rip down the pull chain...but the biggest concern I have is the actual install and support.Almost every time I take down a ceiling fan, I found these older installs were not properly supported. 

I've definitely studied the heck out and have people to run numbers by but to be honest I think that my biggest weakness will be coming across like I don't know anything about the multifamily game because I have no experience with it.
