How are you going to inspect the quality of work?

Since my strategy would definitely involve house hacking, I was thinking about house hacking with a mixed-use property.It could be interesting to evaluate as a strategy, but only if I can access financing with a low downpayment.How would that work from a financing standpoint?

Hi Ivana,In the East Coast we work mostly with First American Title Insurance Company.

I have a Vacant Lot zoned Mixed Use in the Cape that I don't know who will buy it, we've only worked with single residential home builders until now.

Apparently they have painted over it and it works fine....A third tenant recently asked me to come by to look at something in her apartment.

I've had 2 separate clients who were US citizens but worked at Kraft in Netherlands and were able to buy 2-4 unit rental properties here in Columbus.
