The current residents have told me its a been great to literally walk next door for last minute groceries, etc. 

I’m just wondering if my circumstances fits the criteria that an underwriter would sign off on. 

If that's your strategy, then as they think about what they just signed and the type of person you are they are surely to double think it versus someone who took the time to speak with them and walk them through the process.

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck.

Many folks just give up and walk away. 

I am currently bedridden and cannot walk or work yet but I have spent about 3 years learning all that I can including reading a book about every 2 weeks. 

Anyone with this information could literally just walk directly to the seller and steal the deal from me.

This way parents that come with their kids to check out the college and area can walk the apartment themselves and see where their precious snowflake will be partying on the weekends (errr...studying...that is what I mean).

I am looking to find a credible contractor that could do a walk through to see how much work this place would really need.
