It turns out that I'll be in China for the scheduled closing date of one of my acquisitions (the trip came after the scheduling--just bad timing!)

Account Closed  my dad did this in the 60's   and he would get me and a bunch of my buddies to go out on Sat and sunday mornings we got 1 cent per flyer we put out.He also went to the local salvation army or were the bum's hung out and picked up 3 or 4 of them and paid them 10 to 20 bucks to walk door to door.. he had a loyal group in San Jose in the Day... not sure that works today ..but the kids work fine.

I am putting an offer on this house tomorrow morning, probably all cash, BUT I wanted to do a shout-out to see if anyone would be interested in co-owning or private lending? 

I've made 2 trips from Gainesville to Tallahassee to drive around and get to know a little about the areas that I had found several properties.

I took a trip to look into it and it gave me a different view on places like Fresno, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Yuba City, Los Banos or Atwater.

I trade Foreign Currency in the early morning and I follow the US dollar pairs.

That is unless you want knocks on your door in the wee hours of the morning about clogged toilets, leaks, or if they can pay their rent late.Best to be just another joe mowing the yard for extra cash.
