I lived on East AND West 14th at one point, and had the Carnegie Library gym membership (best kept secret in the area!)

That's on the south-west side of town that historically has been rundown mill houses (Sullivan, Dunean, Sterling) All the boarded up houses have sold in the past 3 years and not much is for sale that isn't the back end of a flip.

I am in Cayce and also focusing in Lexington and West Columbia.

Very recently I have run across a unique crowdfunding platform that allows me to co-own with the managers a portfolio of 10 rental properties in a major mid-west city, for instant diversification.
