I've been listening to BP podcast and watching some YouTube videos from BP and others to see how to start, to see if it's for us, to see how to make it workLooking forward to meeting others making money in real estate in the area whether through a BP meet-up, or a local REIA meet-up.

To help explain this to my tenants, I made a 13 minute video.

So, them asking for their own appraisal is fair game.

I know some intentionally leave the lines blurred, but transparency is key here, especially if you're focused on the long game and not just the deal of the day.

@Mark De sagunsince your end game is making $4k a month to travel,130k in starting capital will get you five houses in 100k price range in mid south and mid west. probably $200 a door.
