I LOVE the idea of utilizing the BRRRR method.

Since VA loans are residential mortgage backed securities, a commercial loan can't be utilized.

Let the equity build and utilize the equity to further invest. 

I know of someone who just kept the utilities in their name and then split the cost the following month between each tenant.

It tells you right there what utilities you have to pay for.

I work as an electrical utility worker, credit score is 730.

The next to check off the list will be utilities, then groceries, etc.

My friend and I have been talking about getting a place together and go half’s on the utilities.
