I would like to get an idea of who's coming to the meetup tomorrow. 

She finally vacated on day 21 and the per diem used up the entire hold-back, meaning that my buyer was able to keep it.What I found astonishing was that she showed up to the closing table without the slightest idea of where she would live next.  

I was thinking the same idea so that I can try to get better tenents in that is willing to pay more. 

Given the situation it sounds like an attorney would be a good idea anyway since its her husband that is left there. 

Although, the idea of buying a tear down is appealing from a development perspective but I not at that point in my investing career to take on such a project.

I'll get in touch with the local city to get an idea of how complex the 'medical' designation and what hoops need to be jumped through.
