Even if you were, why would someone take these terms? 

People that are part of your team that you can have go look at or inspect a property or even pay $50-$75 to check on a property during the process. 

Hey @Patrick Zepeda, I hate to be a negative nelly here but that is a tough area.We have looked there extensively and now that STRs in the Bend city limits are severely restricted, I would be a bit wary of that expanding to the county.Sunriver will always be a STR haven but prices are even more there.

we have 7 new builds breaking ground in July all are for clients that we build at a discount for and they resell which makes the economics even more favorable for them but for our side of things I haven't looked at private money just through all cash partnerships. that's in columbus ohio

If you have multiple collections resolving even a few small accounts can bump your credit score considerably, and is the best short term way to improve your credit score, in my opinion.

I slept well at night, even with a portfolio of SF rentals in my name, because I had a $2M umbrella.When done correctly, an LLC adds another layer. 

DSCR loans DO look at your personal credit, as most of them still require a personal guarantee even if closing in an LLC.
