I agree with the principal point of the post, but on principle I'd vote against wholesale automatic correction of spelling 'errors' in past posts - some people like to have fun with language and spell check isn't perfect yet.

Also, if the lease that was entered into prior to the loan states that it will be subordinate to any subsequent lien on the property, then it automatically becomes junior to the lien.

The only advantage of having a good broker is his or her relationship with certain institutions that can speed up things, but I don't see any broker get you qualify where you couldn't get qualified in the first place.
