I have been interested in utilizing investor Self Directed IRAs for some time for my Real Estate projects.

I sold some of my ROTH IRA stocks and transferred the money to a Self Directed IRA Custodian.

Most importantly, after having helped tens of thousands of investors with data and advice, I can confidently say that you just looking for "a deal" isn't enough - this business isn't a get rich quick scheme, there are no magic lists, no perfect letters, etc.

If you are 100% confident in getting that rent and market research supports it, and you're also ok with getting $100/door per month, you might have something.  

On paper it seems great, I'd just be 110% confident in your figures.

., "pay" for your conscience - self manage, or find a property management company that wants to manage the unit based on your idea of ethical behavior rather than market behavior. 

I’ve tried to do some of this myself at the court house but found it hard to use their records and I’m not confident that I was able to cover it well.

Or read some books on property management and self manage, but you’d need to pay yourself since the profits will all be split between siblings.
