Tenants terrace has 3 doors 1) window door, 2) terrace screen door and 3) metal door, all able to open at free will.

That being said, the PM did do their job of screening and finding a tenant. 

Once I receive a PM from them, to ensure I'm not abusing the purpose of BP, I ask them to send me an email, so I can so I can respond our service catalog and investor screening material.  

You can add screens to all the front windows and paint them a complimenting accent shading.If any of you have anything more that can help people, please feel free to share your thoughts.
