I had to call once a week for 3 weeks before I got to talk to the husband who said they are retired in Florida and that they would entertain offers.

I made it through the slim tight times and it will be a nice retirement someday. 

If this is a sharp spike with the same tenants water could be leaking into the ground -- it happened to me.General water usage is approximately 50 gallons per day per person.This figure is too low unless you're talking about retired or single people.

In contacting the owners, I've learned they're wanting to sell as they've retired and moving out-of-state.
