Over the past 6 months, I have responded to probably 6 solicitations from area wholesalers (mostly yellow letters), and I have not received one single follow-up call!  

I only have one SF in Metairie right now, but I'm looking for more.

You can invest in any market selecting the ones that you believe are seeing the most growth, and do it from anywhere.

I know there is at least one other one in Milwaukee, but I'm not sure the name of it. 

Would you guys happen to know where I can find one at?

I would check into a few things to see what your best approach is.1) Find a great investor-friendly real estate agent (specifically one that knows STRs) to help navigate an area you may be looking in.

The business accounts are referred as Business Brokerage and the personal accounts Cash Management - each type has two offerings, one offering with a higher interest rate paid on cash balances.

Definitely not worth it unless you have built-in solid protection and are the one in charge of funds.
