There were numerous issues noticed by the inspector that the seller clearly should have known about (broken appliances, large holes in the drywall, turned off toilet that is located over a pre-existing leak, approximately 10 windows that clearly have broken seals/condensation that will need to be replaced, issues with doors and fireplace not working).

You'll also need to convince these buyers you're a real player because we've all had numerous people give us their wholesaler pitch then never hear from the again.

The place I ended up closing on, I never thought I would've been able to get into from my initial search, but without having numerous experiences being under contract and eventually falling through another door opened up.
