Hi Nathan, The inspector fail to comply by his and you r agreement, this is totally unacceptable, he is not allowed legally or professionally to share the inspection with others or agent with pout your authorizing it, I will get with an attorney and discuss this issue, also chek his training and affiliation with ASHI or InterNASHI and you can file a complaint.

I admit I am not a trained eye on possible fixes outside of the "there's water pouring out of the sink" or simple things like that.
