The nice thing about providing a washer/dryer is the tenants don't have to move their own because there is an increased risk of scraping walls and floors, hooking hoses up incorrectly and causing a leak, or some other problem.

This would include season yard work like lawn and snow, rolling trash bins out to the street etc - and in the odd case that something would leak, call a plumber.I have been working with probably close to 100 house hacks in Milwaukee over the years and I have never heard of a bank actually investigating actual residence.

Also look for went areas near the tank and greener grass on the drain field, if it is very close to the tank location than you might have a leak

but stop by the property and have a little informal chat with the tenants,  I once went in to look at a duplex with great numbers, but once I gained the tenant's confidence, she went on and on about leaking roofs, patched up work, cracks, etc.
