Hi,When considering investing out of state, is it best practice to find a local lender in the market I want to invest in?

So, I have not done anything in Waco but from our experience in Bryan/CollegeStation, places near university bus stops and being abreast on what thecommunity is investing in as far as development tend to be better areas andhelp with appreciation.Again, I'm notperfect and still trying to navigate the markets and always trying to learn myself!
