Want to continue to scale up to be able to buy a property with 3 to 4 months cash flow from rentals and rehab with in 3 months from cash flow.Question is I want to be able to reap some rewards and spend, but want to speed up my REI growth can you do both?

I'm good with that in that they have incentive to keep the places up to speed and I don't have to worry about it (I know some folks wouldn't be comfortable with that, but I am).I can certainly understand a property manager wanting to wait until a check clears the bank before they paid out any money.
