After reading this I was talking to my son about the Open House aspect, and saying that we've been on construction jobs forever, but a lot of people interested in construction see homes being built, but are kept out by fences and no trespassing signs etc., so they don't ever get to just freely go snoop around (unless of course you scoot through the fence ;) Anyway, I think it's a great idea to let some of the rehabbers, etc. get out on jobs and see first hand what's being done, ask questions, etc.
