Anyways I think I was a total out of pocket for those 2 houses at 36 sq ft + 28 sq ft so we are at 64 sq ft total - of roughly $9.37/sq ft installed.House 6 I was kind of burned out and we needed to shop more stuff to traditional 3rd parties with invoices etc and ended up hiring that same Bosnian neighbor for a Quartzite type counter, turnkey for a total of $1600.

Offer a fat "finder fee" and they will bring the deals to you before looking anywhere else because they can earn a commission without having to do any work.I bought two investment properties in the past 18 months that were off-market.
