This is better than a Virtual Assistant because it is written by a lawyer, it takes me maybe 5 minutes to email him with the details, and when it's done it's a good looking, professional legal document that cost me nothing.

@Luc Boiron I used to leave a nice brochure about 10 pages long with background on myself and my company, details on how selling to me works, and testimonials.

We worked out the details I basically put 3% down about $5k and now I have a mortgage with them.
