As a Realtor myself I get to interact with a LOT of idiots every day, while doing my best not to be one of them.That said, reading property descriptions and the "agent remarks" section can be pretty hilarious.

Today I met a very experienced real estate agent and flipper.

It's difficult to navigate Meta's ad platform and takes over 60 knowledgeable clicks to make it work.I just found a software that does it for you and I'm trying to gauge the value.

The description said it is a newly replaced septic leach pit. 2) If I decide to go ahead with it, what should I be careful about it?  

You can order your own title search, which will turn up obvious problems like non names junior lien holders in the foreclosure suit, legal description errors, etc. before you enter into a contract, or during any inspection period if you have one.  

I've never heard of them before and the description by this landlord is virtually the same for both and full of legalese that's beyond me. 

You need higher prices to get the better guests, but you need lower prices to get people in and get reviews.Make sure you description and pictures are top notch.Did you analyze the property before you bought it to make sure that it should cash flow before you bought it?

I'm thinking of developing one as recently I've met a pool of app developers who are willing to help me at a minimal cost.
