If you are buying physical business assets most of that is 10 cents on the dollar and hardly no restaurant equipment places will be for anything to liquidate because warehouse is full and nobody is opening up new stuff in this environment until they know when the peak is.

They extended it this year and right after they extended it I requested my Redemption as I needed the funds for this remodel I'm doing here in Austin.Kind of stuff now but if I continue to get 8% on my investment I'll be okay.I'll have to do the remodel later in the year... was hoping to pop some new windows in before summer here ...

There's complex stuff like single pane to double pane window replacement you always want to get the pro's for initially, or structural reinforcement if you're knocking down walls etc.
