LOL.. you hardly use your brakes as the regenerative braking.. you get the feel of when to take your foot off the accelerator and you literately come to a stop at the light without ever touching your brakes they will last the life of the car just about. 

If you're not in debt or on a tight budget, there's not really much there you need. 

While I don't make any promises the one that did stop paying I bought back to make sure the investor was whole.  

Back then there was a stop to banks on foreclosures for a while.  

They have gotten cheaper.I don't know about stopping the heat to upstairs, but if the ducts are separate, it should be easy to block them or cut them off.

The leaking ended up stopping about 40 minutes after I write the post.

I gave them a 90-days notice a month ago, before this happened.As a side note, they also stopped paying rent - they are 5 adults (family) -they all have jobs and can't pay $1000 of rent.

If your family has sufficient income after you pass, then you can stop paying.
