I have successfully turned a profit on my first owner finance in college but I recently closed on the selling of that property. 

My parents are telling me I need college to get a job to support it, so is their a certain college major that will help me with this ?

We are also a college town.

Hello All, I am 23 year old college student who has been trying to gain as much knowledge as possible about commercial real estate in general, and in my area.

I think the requirement used to include a four-year degree (or maybe a two-year degree), but now it must be a degree with a major or minor in real estate.It's one more licensing requirement to restrict entry into the business and protect commissions of existing brokers.

Debt to GDP, commodity prices, the dollar index, global interest rates, infrastructure spending, foreign direct investment etc. are things I use to a great degree in my decision making.  

I grew up visiting my grandfathers properties and learning the ropes from a young age and got to the point one of my concentrations in college was real estate and real estate finance.

Is there any other classes I need like college classes or are these the ones considered it?

I pay the guy(s) about $30-$40 and pay the dumping fee, which is usually about $10-$25 a load.But, I'm not renovating entire houses to the degree I would have enough stuff to fill a few dump trucks.
