She brought up the idea that it might be proximity to the riots this summer that is hurting our neighborhood’s appeal.

I've been researching it the last couple months and plan to buy next spring/summer. 

However, I personally wouldn't trust myself to understand what Q1's ultimate rates and occupancy will be, since most are still very lightly booked at this point (and we can't see even a day in the past), never mind summer and fall.

Texas might not have seen this since you guys didnt have serious covid spread until the summer but for the rest of us this is the norm now.

We had a good experience with Ledgeview Commercial Partners as a tenant in one of their three-bedroom units from summer 2019 through summer 2020 while we were looking for a house.
