Although I understand the moratorium is currently scheduled to end on June 30th in many parts of the state there is always the possibility that it could be extended or re-instituted at some point.Has anyone found a way to structure lease agreements for new tenants in such a way that the tenants waive their right to the eviction moratorium or would otherwise be held responsible for unpaid rents during the pandemic (other than rent relief assistance)?

If he changes insurance the lender will be notified and possibly call the loan.It does have a line in leases that lessor has the right to give 90 day notice if home is sold, at which time lessee must acknowledge and be out in 90 days unless agreement by new owner waives this right's well as a line if any legal action be brought by either party the prevailing party shall be reimbursed for all attorney fees and costs.

@Jake HelmburgIf you're using a conventional loan, take note that there is language in the agreement that a person buying a primary residence single-family home with Fannie Mae must abide by the owner occupancy requirement and must agree to move into the home within 60 days of closing the loan, and to live there for at least a year.
