I have three applicants (wanting to live together) for my single family home that are very inexperienced.

A loan application is not a 5 minute deal for me.

I often get applicants who are moving from a house they have recently sold because of divorce.

Hi Izabella, My company provides online applications for independent landlords and we do require credit card information for the sole purpose of the tenant paying an application fee.

It’s not for lack of applicants, but lack of GOOD applicants.Higher turnover rates..

If you need to list it before you get good data, then start high and if you don't get any applications in a week or two, drop you price.  

Looks like you have some rental experience so I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know but I'll say it anyway:   Having a paying renter is great, but I'd get the application they filled out and do a background check yourself. 

It or an application like it will likely disrupt Facebook very soon.
