I would stay in a hotel when you are in town and when you get rid of them at the end of their lease rent out the entire house.I would also hire a PM and inform them that you expect them to be strict and inforce the letter of the lease.

Also interested in finding something small that might be run as a full-on BnB or small hotel,  Either with gites or several bedrooms if you know of anything like that.Any input you could provide would be appreciated!
