As a pass-through LLC, the business's financials are our financials.That said, how do you find someone you can trust with your personal and business financial information?

A project manager should handle the majority of the process, but it needs to be someone you trust. 

The process as I understand is we create a trust account and the SDIRA would be owned by trust and managed by IRS approved administrator.   

There are a dozen markets you can do well in, but sticking to fundamentals is important, and trusting your gut is even more important.

I have the primary principal in a trust fund, but the liquid amount I have invested partially in the market, partially in Fundrise, and I am looking into partnering with Norada Real Estate Investments.

But, by having a buyer's agent who lives and breathes Worcester multifamily homes, I could get a trusted contractor out immediately to give me a quote, and then hear from both Jeff and Brian whether that quote was reasonable. 

If you don't have a go-to lender, you need to get out there and build that trust and relationship with one.
