If you need cash flow in 5 years, and are planning to trade up anyway, then finding the best total returns should get you where you want to go quicker.

I could've negotiated for a better deal.There are better ways to Invest the Money I put down like the BRRR Method but I need to learn that Method now Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

If not, I'm sure there's great guys out there, but always check their pedigree and see if they know what they are doing (trade-wise and working with the City of San Antonio).
