I've just been avoiding the big markets and concentrating on small niche markets with a diversified employment portfolio and growth trends. 

It seems like a fast growing trend but I foresee problems in the future when people go to sell a house with these panels installed. 

Many of the homes are Victorian style homes built in the 1800's.

Gross income when we bought it was around $64k; its now over $90k trending towards $100k.This year we sold the 12 plex for $559k!
