I'm surprised more wholesalers don't bring you a breakdown of the costs and give you solid information to work with.

When I bring them out to marketplace to wholesale, resell or rehab them, people are surprised I found them.

You'd be surprised at how quickly that can go in one bad month.

You may find that you should each work independently and collaborate on some deals.Personally, I would work seperately, but stay in touch.

Since you're staying with the same job field and industry it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm just new and I am trying to stay within the limits of the law.
