The Act further defines “a unit ofdwelling Space” as “any room, rooms, suite or portion thereof, whether unfurnished or furnished,which is occupied or intended, arranged or designed to be occupied for sleeping or dwellingpurposes by one or more persons.”

The effort of AirBnB can be a detractor to that model, but weekly summer rentals are a big market.Ideally, if you can build some smaller "cottages" (think bunkhouse, 2 big bedrooms with space to sleep 4 in each and a decent living area with kitchenette+), you could rent those all summer for some significant rents and then get winter renters in (either locals or college students) to pay the bills all winter.

I will also say that I sleep better at night knowing that I have control over my properties and my risk profile and not a stranger.

Probably harder to keep tenants in there if its disturbingly loud too often.

Even if they stop paying rent. if the listing says occupied, drive-by only, or don't disturb the occupants, that could just mean that they aren't going to show it until an offer is accepted.

If she’s a loud nuisance and disturbs the peace then she’s not in compliance. 

The issue is there are certain guidelines to make the unit "habitable" to sleep in.  

Either way, I don’t think I could sleep until this was fixed. 

While I am pooping, humping, eating, sleeping, I get leads on autopilot.

I have a sciatic pain problem, can't sleep and when I sit in my office chair and write on BP about 100% of my pain goes away.
