I am still working on my long term goals since I will be focusing more towards paying off my small student debt in the first year or two after school.

My current plan is to exit active and go back to school while working for my cousin who is a contractor so I can learn about improving homes.

More specifically, I'm trying to see if I can properly leverage a new Coverdell ESA IRA for each of my 3 children ($6000 per year) and use a 100% return as distributions for a private school within the next 4 years.BTW, Thanks again for the explanations!

Before I went back to school, I was a real estate agent in the area, but got taken down by the housing crash. ( I never thought to work with investors!

Granted one has a great credit history and a sum sufficient for a down payment.
