What is the best price range for a quick turn around?

@Noe PerrinWith all due respect, knowing what wholesaling is, is not the same as knowing how to wholesale.I strongly encourage anyone who wants to launch into wholesaling get properly trained by a professional, or at the very least, bird dog for a seasoned wholesaler before launching into on his or her own.Too many people out there read about wholesaling and then run out into the marketplace and try to do it. 

Commissions on a typical client policy range from between 7% to 10% of total premium.This is significantly less than even term insurance.

Anywhere, any condition, any price range.  

Teach them to make offers for you subject to your inspection.....let auto pilot investing work for you, (make sure you respect them and pay them a fee for their research......don't be cheap!)

In time, I will share more details and perhaps with a select few of you that I get to know and get to know me, we will work together in some respect on those goals & plans.Those are the broad strokes of what I have done since that first deal - I keep learning, keep trying to help people, keep sharing what I know and keep doing deals.

We are looking at the 80-110K range.

Fix it up to within the range of the area. 

Some homes have gone for 130k in that neighborhood and they range from 1200 to 1400 sq.

We found a few companies here in Texas & their fees range from $850-950 per transaction.
