so much so that many contractors use red wood 2x4's as plates for walls being installed directly on concrete, particularly if the concrete is directly on the ground or in a basement.

I think it is incredible how the Mayor etc. want to continue to build towers downtown and expect them to fill up with affluent Investors and Tenants who want to live in a concrete jungle at the low point of the head of Tampa Bay, waiting for Flood of the Century...http://www.tampabay.com/news/localgovernment/tampa...This is why I am Selling and will just keep my Residence to Sell Tax-Free every two years or so, with one Rental that I want to move into after that and maybe one Flip that I 1031 as a Rotating Rental Portfolio.

It doesn't seem to matter if there is yellow or red across a major nearby street, all that matters is if the street where the property is located is green...it has proven to be the number one indicator for buying a drama free property!!
