I can't tell you how many people forget they scheduled a tour.

And people are definitely starting to catch on. 

I think people don't understand just how big the Phoenix area is.

But my guess is to the reason why people who own a duplex and if they are an investor they don't worry about the mortgage because they have the tenants paying the rent which pays off their mortgage and also have extra left over (cashflow).

Also better yet, and what gives me some hope is that most people appear to be decent.

I have found that both are good, Propstream tends to be more saturated in regards to the amount of people using it.

The inspection itself may take a few days before they do it as they likely have several vacancies at the same time as well as people moving in to other units.
