I currently have a home that i’m living in and now have an opportunity to buy my first investment property.

Unfortunately every other post either recommends it or says not to do it especially as a first time owner with no real estate experience other than books and research online.  

Like the title states, are there flipping opportunities in the SF Bay Area?

Residential is where the OPPORTUNITY is, to solve problems for home sellers.

Both states have fill in the blank on line forms that take  about 15 minutes to fill out, instructions are provided, and the resultant Articles of Organization are state approved.  

Since filing is open for the IRS do it online digitally.

Tom Wheelwright’s books contain more detailed information than the online courses do.

I am certain that there are many opportunities to consider on tax and business structure before buying so curious what some experiences have been.
