One or two days is reasonable time to get it fixed.

One blessing and a curse of being in the Great Plains is there is plenty of room to expand so far. 

Milwaukee is probably still one of the better markets for cash flow, but you have to buy quality and if you are financed (not 100% cash) then slightly better than breaking even in the first few years is a pretty good result.

As for the construction of the park, the plans will be put out for bid as a negotiated job upon completion, and we will be using a third party, general contractor to perform the work.

If this is a large brokerage I would see if there is a better agent within that brokerage than the one you were simply handed when your previous agent left.
