I just blurting things out here but would it make sense to call the city to make sure there is no city plans or changes to infrastructure (no new highways/railways going to be constructed beside your building), and where I live I can call the police department and find out if there has been numerous calls to police to visit the property for any reason.

Expect no answers without paying the fee.This is really not much different than many other fields.Banks don't offer hard money loans to either borrowers or savers.I've read numerous posts here on Bigger Pockets when the original message really amounts to "Is this contractor ripping me off?"

However, if you're strictly looking for water efficiency, their is a prioritized order to tackle things - I'm probably stating the obvious.Toilets use the most water  - there are numerous technologies to help out with toilets.I wouldn't want to see you address dishwashers until you added one of the many inexpensive water saving devices to your toilets.

It's not a matter of why I can't do it, but a matter of how am I going to make it happen.I admittedly don't have a lot of wealth like a lot of the folks who are starting out on BP, but I am taking the steps necessary to get what I do have liquid so that when I find a deal that meets my criteria, I can pull the trigger to make that first step, for the second time.I came across BP a couple of weeks ago, have read numerous blog posts, watched a number podcasts and it has inspired me to just do it.

The bank tried to get us out numerous amounts of times but finally the judge said if you being this poor couple back here once more you better be offering them a huge amount to leave ...then hand wrote our lease end date on the court papers and signed it ..

Its hard to give concrete tips without knowing a little more about the situation, but I've presented numerous times in similar type scenarios, and here are some of the things I've learned:know the numbers ahead of time, but don't throw numbers at them unless they ask (some people need to sit with big concepts before delving into math.
