If/ when you visit Indiana I would recommend attending a REIA meeting if you can.

Either way treat them nicely and budget money for an eviction.

Just thought I would follow up with this, because it is always nice to see how it all turned out. 

But if I could write off my travelling as business expenses while visiting family in the States, I'd be interested in the Boise to Twin Falls area in Idaho, Pittsburgh and the southern cities in Pennsylvania, and Springfield and the northern cities of Illinois.

Demand and rents for my b-class townhomes rose quickly as previous homeowners entered the rental pool and wanted nice enough vs really nice.

Them keeping you more informed would have been nice but wouldn't have prevented that pipe from bursting.

That would allow me to keep my current property (which has been appreciating nicely..) and buy something else.  

County tax appraisal office values it at $158,212.Saw pics of the house online, and plan on visiting it later this weekend.Owner is 70’s years old, and wants to retire and move to Arizona.
