It does not need to appear in the indices for it to impart notice and purchasers take subject to it.One does not need to be an attorney to search, and more importantly in my opinion, examine title, but to do it correctly one needs time and training in the county and state where the property lies.

Oh well.Just looked into how easy is it is to become a licensed residential mortgage broker - There's less training standards than becoming an a real estate agent in many states.
