No agent would show the place, no one even had the (fill in here) to go inside. if you even opened the front door, the smell would literally make you gag, if not vomit.By now, it's summertime, and the smell is starting to waft outside, city  and neighbors complain, and the listing agent is willing to do anything to unload this turd.

The dividing lines can literally be that sharp. 

We literally take the notice sent out by the Housing Authority that tells us how much the rent can be increased, make copies, and send it to the tenants with a letter that says: "They City politicians you elected have increased your rent.  

It's not Too GOOD to be true but it is an AMAZING thought to know that there are literally BILLIONS  of dollars NOT in the stock market that could be deployed!

My goal in real estate is to become financially literate and free, have the ability to give in abundance, and establish wealth for my family and generation to come.

It is literally at my finger tips.  

I used a flow reducer/control at the main line and can literally turn the water pressure up or down at the source.  

Literally a piece of rotten wood was "fixed" by layering caulking over it... 

I have literally spent all of my holiday weekend listening to podcasts, reading posts, and following links to other sites.

I literally just heard back on a property I put an offer on in the beginning of July.
